Corporate Reporting & Accountancy

Mayfield’s experienced team of professional and client focused chartered and property accountants offer a wide range of accounting and reporting services. These services are provided in a well-controlled and process driven environment that can be tailored made to suit each specific client’s situation and needs. We are IT focused and use multiple systems including Yardi, Tramps, Propman and Sage. The close interaction between the accounting teams and the surveyors, building and facility managers ensures efficient day-to-day management of all accounting related aspects.

Tony McDonagh

Joint Group Managing Director - United Kingdom

Tony joined Mayfield in 2003 and in September 2011 was appointed as joint Managing Director of The Mayfield Group. Tony previously worked in the property management department at Savills and before that at Legal & General. Tony has over 30 years property industry experience.

Tony holds a Diploma in Facilities Management from the University of Reading.

Mike Nolloth

Joint Group Managing Director - United Kingdom

Since joining Mayfield in 2005 as the London based asset manager for the real estate assets under management in the UK, Belgium and Switzerland, in September 2011, Mike became joint Managing Director of the Mayfield Group. Having previously worked within the Property and Asset Management Team for King Sturge, Mike has over 20 years’ experience of managing property assets throughout the UK and Continental Europe.

Mike graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a BSc in Estate Management & Surveying and is a professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Jason Leslie

Finance Director - United Kingdom

Jason is a qualified chartered accountant registered with both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).  After completing his Masters in Taxation in South Africa, Jason trained as an auditor with Grant Thornton SA and then moved to Sydney Australia to join Investec Bank as a financial accountant in their property fund business and corporate operations. 

Jason joined Mayfield in 2008 after relocating to the United Kingdom where his international experience has provided him with an excellent foundation with dealing with multi-national clients across a number of jurisdictions.

Tom Ceelen

Managing Director – Belgium

Tom Ceelen joined Mayfield in 2006 and leads an eight-person team in Belgium from the offices in Hasselt and Zaventem. He is responsible for a real estate portfolio of various commercial buildings located throughout Belgium with total surface area of 180,000 sqm. Tom has more than 15 years' experience in corporate real estate, among other as EMEA Corporate Real Estate Manager for an American software company and as head of property management at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Brussels. He regularly gives guest lectures on the transfer of business assets and commercial leasing. Tom Ceelen has been a member of the RICS since December 2014.

André Grützmacher

Managing Director – Germany

André joined Mayfield in 2007 charged with developing the main German office and German branches, and he now heads up the team of 15 staff based in Frankfurt managing various portfolios comprising over 1 million m² of assets. He is responsible for asset and property management, letting and marketing of the assets and reporting to clients and lenders. André has over 25 years experience in real estate and has previously worked for several real estate companies and hedge funds in Germany.

Jacco van Pelt

Joint Managing Director - The Netherlands

Jacco joined the Mayfield Group in 2009 as a Senior Asset Manager responsible for one of the group's Dutch real estate portfolios. In September 2016, Jacco became Commercial Director of the Dutch office.

Jacco has over 20 years of experience in the real estate market having previously worked for 10 years in the real estate finance business (WUH Mortgage Bank and Bouwfonds Property Finance), as well as several years for a private real esatate investor, Somerset Real Estate.

Jacco is jointly responsible for the sustained growth of the Dutch business. Jacco is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Annelies Quivooij

Joint Managing Director - The Netherlands

Annelies joined Mayfield in 2007 as Head of Accounts and was jointly responsible for the start up of the Dutch office. In September 2016, Annelies was promoted to Director of Finance & Operations.

Annelies has over 15 years accounting experience having previously worked for FSV Accountants & Advisors and LCG, a private real estate advisor, prior to joining Mayfield.

Andrew Millen

Senior Asset Manager - United Kingdom

Andrew is a Senior Asset Manager within Mayfield's UK commercial property team.  Andrew is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 20 years experience in property and asset management.  

Prior to Mayfield, Andrew started his career at Hilbery Chaplin before moving to Chelsea Harbour and Langley Byers Bennett during which time he dealt with all aspects of both commercial and residential management.

Christoph Biffiger

Managing Director – Switzerland

Chris joined Mayfield in 2007 as an independent financial accountant for the real estate assets under management in Switzerland. He was later appointed as Swiss Financial Controller and then, in January 2011, promoted to Managing Director. Chris previously worked in various positions in a family owned company and has over 20 years of experience in property-and facility-management related businesses.

Chris is a real estate manager with Federal PET Diploma.

Mark Browitt

Mayfield Frankfurt's Investment Agency Team Secure Sale on Retail Asset

Located in Dresden Laubegast, Mayfield Asset & Property Management GmbH have successfully sold a 8,500 sqm retail premises to a Luxembourg investor.

Acting as investment agent and transaction manager, the property was previously held in a NPL of circa 77,000sqm of retail proeprty.

Mayfield's Frankfurt team successfully begin 2017 with a retail investment transaction

On behalf of an international investor, Mayfield's Frankfurt based team have sold a 15,000sqm retail property in Gießen to a local investor.  The single let property is located in the commercial area and is well connected to the A5 and A45 motorways, together with excellent public transport.

Gießen has approximately 84,000 inhabitants with the district extending to circa 320,000.  The city benefits from a renowened colleage and technical university.

Mayfield Germany sells retail property in Bonn

The Property is located in the district of Duisdorf in Bonn. The 5,200sqm building is fully let to the strong covenant retailer, Rewe. This building was part of the 330,000sqm cross-border portfolio, Rembrandt. With this transaction, Mayfield have successfully liquidated the entire German part of Rembrandt, which comprised of 7 buildings of aproximately 30,000sqm.

Mayfield Asset & Property Management Limited celebrated turning 20 years old with a party at Tower Bridge on the 8th September.

The leading asset and property management business entertained guests from across Europe to mark the 20th anniversary of the founding of the business.

Tower Bridge provided a spectacular backdrop to the evening.  As one guest declared, it was a great venue to survey the London property market.
